Kevin was a delight in the studio, a brilliant musician, and someone who I appreciated on many levels, but over the course of the five or so years that I knew him, he gradually painted himself into a philosophical corner from which there was only one escape. I say, appreciate his music, but beware his path. Feel free to take this advice with a grain of salt, as there are many people who would say quite the same about me.
