If you have ever wondered why I sign all of my written correspondance with PEACE AND PRAYERS, I would invite you to check out the following book, which has been just published in March 2003. This book concerns the LILY DALE metaphysics community that my wife and I belong to.

Lily Dale is a very famous spiritualist community, where people go to enhance and develop what I refer to as "the unused 90%" of the human mind. A few years back, Paula and I started studying there, and the result has been the development of her healing abilities, which complements her nursing RN degree very well.

I have been able to develop my abilities to know events before they are about to happen, and also to identify a person's energy pattern --- whether they are good or bad, just by shaking their hand.

Both of these skills have proven to be very accurate, and have helped enormously in our lives.
