Well, Reg and I double-teamed Dale. Played him a bunch of real left-wing records: everything from Peter, Paul and Mary to The Clash. He was holding tight to his conservative principles until we unleashed the heavy artillery: the writings of Noam Chomsky and Howard Zinn. Dale caved in, muttered something about "redistribution of wealth" and "going vegetarian". He threw down the keys to his SUV, removed his leather pants and boots, shrieking "what have we done to our cows, man!" and he stormed out of the pub, leaving Reg and me dumbfounded. Last I heard he's been seen roaming Harvard Square, penniless, unshaven, unbathed, but groovin' with the common man (man)! What have we created!

Actually, we have yet too hook up with Dale. It's not until 5/17.
