wtf? a beard! Why? I'm about as beardless as you can get (wait...did I just say that...). Anyway, fire up about graphics program on your computer - the one that comes with your scanner - or your dig camera...and load the picture into that. There should be an option to resize the picture. You don't want it to be bigger than 800x600. Give that a try.
