Really?  That's interesting, and thanks for the information.  I suppose it's still a "wait and see" situation, especially in light of the apparent firing of the employees, but your additional information certainly elevates it as an issue. 

I suppose we shouldn't find dirty tricks all that surprising anymore, but if true it would be a pretty depressingly low blow.
