I have downloaded dozens of concerts from this site... John Butler allows his stuff to be distributed here, for example, as long as it is distributed for free.
I have downloaded some Ryan Adams gig's 24 hours after they have been played... Which is pretty freaky when you are thousands and thousands of miles away.Quality does vary though.
