Well, it certainly is NOT a First Ammendment issue as was so disingenously stated in the YouTube comments section. After all, she's not being prosecuted in a legal sense. Her employer has a right to suspend her, if it sees fit and if it is allowed in any collective bargaining or contract that might bind her. Not only were her remarks not funny, but they were crude and unintelligent. If I were her employer, I might support her right to say them . . . and then I'd support my right to not keep her on the payroll if I so chose.
