That's my idea of constructive help.
As with Katrina and the like, these sort of items could be airdropped and who would holler.

peaceablyps I don't support World Government Ed. Never will. Government needs to be within arms reach. A
Vermont expert on town meetings has shown democracy inevitably turns to varying degrees of
corruption beyond 2500 constituents. To think the UN can be cleaned up is delusional Ed. Your other
suggestion however, works. It is coming from the right place, charity.
