So maybe what we should do is stay "in" over there long enough for the world to forget who was responsible for the mistake of going in. And if we stay in long enough, say 100 years perhaps, maybe upon pulling out, we'll find that everyone in the region gets along with lots of daily smiley faces and May baskets that don't explode.You can eradicate deeply-held sectarian violence by sticking around for a few generations with guns on every corner, right? Worked for the Soviets~!
