1. This is a question for the WTC. I don't think the US Congress has any jurisdiction in the issue, and I'm not sure there is much in the way of international antitrust law. Maybe there should be.
2. Yes, I think anything Cheney (as OUR employee) does on OUR time ought to be a matter of public record.
3. We could bring down domestic oil prices by opening up more areas for drilling. This is not exclusive to Alaska.
