“pinko commie” is a redundant phrase, Pat, or pleonasm.
(I should know, I use them all the time to colorize a verse or for meter sake.
But that’s poetry, and I don’t believe you’re trying to be poetic here.)
Pinko is to commie (or commie sympathizer), as commie (or commie sympathizer)
is to pinko. (One or the other gets your point across.)
It’s like saying … an acquisitive-self-serving-stick-up-his-ass-cracker republican.
