I listened to Rush the other day. I rather like the parodies he produces but I just can't listen to him on a regular basis. Some of what he says I agree with but I just can't take him serious. As to the contract: is possible to sell enough ads to break even, let alone make a profit?

The other deal from Pasadena is old news. Must have been a year ago by now. I could only hope I had a neighbor who'd look out for our property like that. If you haven't heard the audio, look it up, it's worth listening to. Might get the law abiding citizen convicted, but I'd absolutely acquit.
