Messy - do you like cukes with just a little salt? Not that there's anything wrong with all the other stuff - but they're so good (especially out of the garden). Hell, fresh peas don't even need that! btw - zukes & cukes is creative - I've never watched Iron Chef, but the play by play - 'he jukes with the zukes & cukes' - wow, tv gold...Gene - any Indian food book recommendations you'd like to share? Since what I've seen of Indian food is largely vegetarian, I'd be interested. My doctor says eating meat 3 times a day all year is bad. When did that happen?
