I definitely get the Elvis Costello feel on that song. Love it!I came across Bottrell's page a while back while looking for references to ELO. I sure would love to see more of his blogging, but hey, you take what you can get, no?The other song on that page makes me think of something that might have appeared on that enormous John Lennon box set that came out a few years ago. Kind of raw, but in a good way, and a great listen.I think if I decide to get obsessive about collecting music again some day, maybe I'll try to track down every single recording that Bottrell has had something to do with.
