McCains slamming Obama = politics as usual(entertainment/distraction WHERE'S THE BEEF)
Troops were massed on the Afgan border "in the week" prior to 9/11. Ever wonder why?
Iraq too was in the foreign policy program developed long prior('91) to 9/11 (meaning it
was not a response to the attacks because the attacks were allowed to occur in order to move
the predetermined foreign policy initiative along - READ the DOCUMENTS)
If you do, and then believe what you read: you won't be surprised when we go into Iran,
Syria or when the tactical nuclear war breaks out in the middle east. And apparently a number
of such attacks, are to be expected in US cities(the hot shot policy wonks keep saying those
sorts of events are going to occur here. Which is all too often a precursor to the actual
events(call it conditioning over time, an odd mention in the press(say one national newspater),
an odd mention there(in a largely uncommented upon think tank policy paper), a periodic
hysterical discussion on CNN(or the like) and pretty soon no one is shocked(BASTARD
TERRORIST EVILDOERS!! HATERS OF OUR FREEDOMS!!! etc.))), repeat and rinse.
PR is such a wonderful tool, just ask Freuds nephew Bernay. But Americans are "way too
smart" to fall for that, RIGHT?!
Largely the lazy will become rabble and the disabled will suffer further, probably
unspeakably without voluntary support. And that because the financial strain you mention will
not effect the war effort(an actual profit center creative destruction is(Yoda)) nor the Pols who
are insulated by their benefactors. Citizens will however suffer in terms of societal civilities, by
way of our tax burden, in the diminishment of services and the persistent lowering of the
general populations standard of living thereby(as we are seeing presently).
And it will be our own fault because we have trusted government's repeated pitch(es) to
take care of all the ills their AdCouncil promoted, rather than sticking to our former principles
of self reliance coupled with the understanding that we are part and parcel of a
community(local self help). Far too many Americans look to government for their solutions
rather than to themselves or their neighbors(effective reconditioning, no?), which works out
great for government and its employees, but not so good for the people generally.
Too, I would ask you to consider what has been happening to SSI recipients in recent
years insofar as their actual purchasing power has not nearly been keeping up with inflation.
That's the model to keep ones eye on regarding all levels of governmental benefits, ever
diminishing purchasing power(toward greater poverty(while the dependency makers insist the
producers are not doing enough for the dependent rather than saying that the dependent are
not doing enough for themselves and all the while allowing the working to abuse the system as
well. I know plenty of people who own their own businesses and go to free clinics, under
report their income so they can maintain benefits of one sort or another, perhaps of their
unmarried spouse & childrens benefit package(ain't that rich:) and so on)). And no, I haven't
forgotten corporate welfare.
Finally, if you want to prosecute the perpetrators of 9/11 you must learn to think for
yourself, cause and effect, contrast and compare .... The first step of which would be to QUIT
watching the television, listening to all of the same ol same ol talking point(s) babble everyone
alike is spouting and look around the edges. Look at what your eyes and ears are being
directed away from. Consider information that is instantly dismissed as irrelevant by all such
professional information providers. Research the author or the movement that O'Reilly brings
on to yell at while never allowing his guest(sic) complete a thought, let alone a statement.
[Disclaimer: I only mention O'Really by name because that is his stock and trade, or as Carly
would say, Nobody Does It Better (or at least unashamedly(while with a straight face
proclaiming himself the keeper of truth, civility, and free speech or some other obvious
nonsensicalness))]
Because you see, if you stop to think about it, which also involves apprising yourself of
information outside of our normal daily scope of knowledge or consideration, there is
absolutely no possibility that 9/11 could have occurred without complicity of members of the
United States Government. And at that, at the highest levels.
There are other members on this board who could unequivically make pieces of that case
for us BUT ... IF THEY DID ... THEY WOULD ASSUREDLY SUFFER CONSEQUENCES.
Whistleblowers suffer professionally and thus financially for their honesty, especially in a case
as societally consequential as this(think the diminishment of America's Bill of Rights -
somebody else count the ways -AND YET THEY TELL US WE'RE STILL NOT SECURE. BASTARD
EVILDOERS). Which is a major piece in the equation in how a conspiracy of silence is
managed(to be put over).
One more "finally". Democracy sucks. The wise men who founded this nation founded a
Republic. Few had any use for democracy, understanding as they did that it always leads to a
tyrannical form of governance, it only being a matter of when. They believed in rule of law!
And Common Law at that. And certainly not what we today term International Law(NAFTA,
CAFTA, FTAA, KYOTO, THE UN, AGENDA 21, and on and on and on because there are just so
many of these entangling international compacts and treaties which all too often(increasingly)
supersede US Law, that ol George Washington(AMONG OTHERS!) warned us off of
way back when and presently.
I don't know you, and I certainly don't mean to put you off ... but your note inspired what
is meant as a general response. It's not a personal response excepting in thought sharing, so
please do not mistake it as anything else. Thanks to having so much information at my
fingertips, I've gotten quite the education in the past 6 years or so. I'm not certain I can do
anything about the causes behind what I've written but I'd tell you that it has changed me for
the better(some would disagree:). I just think it's good to know what one is really up against,
and besides all that, I just want to know the truth. One abiding truth is that although
government is a necessary evil, too much of it is destructive to the people it purports to be
serving. And I'd be happy to argue that point case by case as time allows, with anyone.
Now I must be on my way having expelled this weeks patriotic rant. Although I hope it
reads better than a mere rant, and thanks for the spark.
peaceably
