Let me clarify that a little:  Awareness of the shit coming down in cultures that we’ve grown through fight-or-flight & attrition & habit to learn to appreciate the better aspects of and work & play & drink & piss away the other, and in the midst of seeing something pretty good turn to shit fast…& for what?   …Very much unlike oh say finding ones self a teen on one side or the other of real-life degenerate games of massacre or be a farmer in the slaughter-grounds of Burma or Aftrica or …well….  Thos of us lucky enough to have known a little civility in this life kinda had it made for a time, still do, but it still doesn’t make it right that the darkest trends of shit humanity are pulling our biggest thinkers on down with them into whatever it is that’s going down here on Earth Station Suit & Tie.
