First let me preface these comments with this: to me, America soldier casualties are very important. It's not that I don't care about the Iraqis, but I care more about American soldiers and all aspects of them and want them entirely out of Iraq.

But with that, there are many things about Iraq that are not being covered anymore. For example, how can success in Iraq be determined if it is so walled off that Iraqis that used to live side by side are now separated by barriers and have now grown to hate each other so severe because of our invasion, but are unable to continue killing each other simply because of concrete walls?

Not only that, we are "bribing" Iraqis, including members of Saddam's Baath do do our bidding for us. This also includes working closely with people who not too long ago were killing Americans.

Next, what if American soldiers have been pulled back and no longer partake in patrols and other missions, thus, creating an artificial lull in violent attacks? And what if this has been done not due to the safety of the soldiers, but instead for American political purposes?

Reporters are so fewer in Iraq and again not venturing out of safe areas to do complete reporting.

Then there is the refugee question to examine.

And lastly, whether those in support of this war will admit it or not, it does appear that the violence in Iraq and Baghdad is starting to increase yet again.
