...about us potentially feeling bilked by purchasing subpar songs (a doubtful premise) then we could employ a simple solution.  With Dan's permission, we could initially post them on this site at a really crappy kb/s rate (say, something near mono sound).  This would be good enough to get a feel for the song and little else.

With this said, if the effort is not too great, I would also like to see a CD collection.  To me, how the artist arranges and orders the songs to create a sense of completion means as much to me as the individual songs themselves.
