Surely you've heard of Outback Steakhouse, Al.  It's a chain restaurant here.   Y'know I missed the VB sign when I first looked at that picture.  It took me a while to get used to the places called HOTEL in Australia, which were pubs, not hotels like in the traditional sense in this country.  In fact, it became one of the first things I looked for, when driving into a small town.  When I found the HOTEL, I could usually get at least decent pub grub and an ice cold one, plus they were all very helpful in giving me information on the area, suggested places to stay etc...
