If Kravitz can see Canada from his house he is an expert on the Band? Or does it just mean he's an expert on foreign policy because he can see another country from his house? I'm still trying to get a handle on how this works...am I an expert on something due to what I can see out my window too? Ok, maybe not foreign policy...cus like I can't see another country...but maybe I'm an arborist because I can see a tree out my window! Or maybe I'm a gynecologist if I see a woman walk by my window! Or a proctologist if I saw Dubya or Cheney walk by! Shit, I could be an expert on a lot of stuff and not even know it!
