Now this is a most unexpected wild-card entry into the Bush legacy.  Note that paper breaking the story was The Guardian, who are normally very hostile toward the Bush Administration.  (OK, so maybe that makes Bush something like 3 for 30 on major decisions, but nonetheless . . .)

By the way, I'm typing this overlooking Copacabana Beach.  I discovered a wonderful Brazilian musician called Lenine today.  His stuff is fantastic . . . sort of a combo of singer/songwriter, bossa nova, rock, and Massive Attack.
