Ok Pat - then in your best O'Hannity voice tell me why the President in his SotU and Powell before the UN would use KNOWN falsehoods to bolster their case if they were so sure of their point? George conjured images of a mushroom cloud (words actually used by Rice) by lying about nuclear dealings between Iraq and Niger. And Powell used a plagerized document from 1990(!!) for his "compelling" argument at the UN. Why not use real information gathered by our intelligence if the facts were so clear?
