1) We have a foreign policy that changes every 4 to 8 years.

     It's something international despots can bank on.

2) We have a domestic policy that changes every 4 to 8 years.

     It's something domestic despots can bank on.

3) We have yet to hear from Mick on any of this recently.  To this end I will now (at great personal risk) post a joke.

The Queen of England and the Pope are sitting next to each other.  The Queen says - 'With a wave of my hand I can make all the people cheer.'  She waves her hand and the crowd cheers.

The Pope says 'With a wave of my hand I can make every Irishman cheer.'  Then he slaps her in the face. 

That may have cost me 3 cents on my investment, Mick - what happened to the IEP??  Punt?  As the name of the currency?  Priceless!!!

Joking aside - what is the face of America?  Madonna?  J-Lo? Das Bushes? Eine Klinton? Washington, Franklin?
