The bodhran looks a lot like a Lakota hand (or frame) drum. Well, hand drums all over Native North American culture really. Way-way back, people are from tribes having beaten drums. Now we wii (well, not all of us)

Wow, the Steinway. In the background there’s a can of Krylon spray paint that’s totally out of place in the photo. I’d bet that ol’ house has some nice echoes. (Looks like a room in the old ma bell building out on hwy. 138 across from Quail Lake; orange & yellow California poppies all over the hillside.)
