Warning, the next video shows Roland Carnaby being killed by the Houston Police.

Listen closely to the officer say "It's not everyday you stop somebody in the CIA." Also note when the officers approach the vehicle after taking Mr. Carnaby's identification the officer on the passenger side does so with his weapon drawn. This indicates that they have been informed that the suspect they have stopped is dangerous. It has been confirmed that an APB had been issued for Carnaby but the reasons for this are unknown and the Houston Police have denied this and destroyed evidence from this case. Carnaby was under contract with the CIA when this incident occurred and members of the intelligence community and documents belonging to Mr. Caraby pointed to the fact that he was monitoring a large influx of Mossad agents and activity in the Houston area which was thought to involve a suitcase nuke and a plan to destroy and or disrupt oil production in the Houston area.

I am not making any claims about this just bringing it to your attention. The CIA has, as standard procedure, disavowed any relationship with Mr. Carnaby but there is plenty of evidence he did in fact work for the CIA.

So, why was Roland Carnaby killed? The Houston Police want you to focus on just the part of the video where Mr. Carnaby makes a move to grab something from under his seat or the floor of the vehicle. This was in their eyes justification to shoot him, the "He reached for a shiny object." defense. Problem is, why was there an APB out on a counter terrorist CIA agent claiming he was armed and dangerous and needed to be apprehended immediately? Also, who issued this and why do they deny it ever existed. FBI records show this is in fact what happened. Carnaby was reaching for his cell phone to, it is said, put the officers on the scene in contact with his FBI contact to assure them who he was and that he should be allowed to proceed as rapidly as possible to his destination as he was involved in a sensitive situation. Carnaby called the FBI moments before being stopped. It seems fairly certain somebody did not want Mr. Carnaby to get where he was going.

Did Carnaby know the police were notified he was dangerous and needed to be taken into custody? Did he know this was an attempt to stop him and allow him to be turned over to somebody that would have made sure he disappeared? During the high speed chase Carnaby made calls to the FBI and CIA, to whom and why? All we know is he is dead and nobody wants to talk about it.
