It's a bit too chilly to have the water moccasins. Most people who claim to have seen them usually mistake our harmless bull snake for that. As for black widows, in my time, don't know of anyone coming across one. But luckiest of all is that Blagojevich stayed in Chicago most of his time and it appears has ended up leaving us with a very good governor in his wake. Quinn likes the environment and just the other day it was revealed he pays for many of his trips and stays in budget motels on government business.
