Not really Vietnamese, @lan, but Hmong/Mong mountain people, with their colorful regalia, from southern China to as far as Vietnam, Laos, Thailand and Myanmar. So Chinese beer may be a likely beer of choice? But you were there and I’ve never been so correct me if I’m wrong. I totally agree about Gran Torino. Loved it. Outstanding little movie.
