In his 2002 book AWAKEN THE SLEEPING GIANT, Al Kay lists all of the various people who have been involved rather closely with the Clinton's, and later wound up dead in one way or another.

This list runs from page 97 to page 103, and it contains approximately FIFTY individual names.

Most people in this country have no idea how Bill Clinton got to be President.

Two young 17 year-old boys named KEVIN IRES and DON HENRY discovered the MENA airport and ended up dead on the tracks, stabbed and crushed skull --- accidential deaths, of course.

A disinterested medical examiner did not see it was appropriate to investigate further.

As no announcement was advanced to a deaf, dumb, and blind press, Bill Clinton was already getting his "cigar" ready for his future adventures in the OVAL OFFICE.
