Anyone guess whether Coleman will take his campaign to the US Supreme court now that Franken's victory will give Democrats the 60 votes they need to squelch filibustering.How important is Coleman's prospects for running for Governor? Will his concern for the polls which are arguing against his stall efforts be sufficient to keep him from going further to keep Franken from being seated?
