Thank you for mentioning that BILL HICKS was shown on COMEDY CENTRAL. In all the years that I have been watching, I have NEVER seen him on that channel --- I probably should have added that caveat.

I think the REAL POINT is that no one on the mainstream media, with the exception of DAVID LETTERMAN and JOHN LAHR from the NEW YORKER, did not lifted one finger to promote this guy when he was alive. Even almost ten years after his death, and people still by and large never heard of this guy --- while to a small group of SUB-CONSCIOUSLY AWAKE individuals, he has gone from HERO to LEGEND.

It just fucking stinks that it is POSTHUMOUS!!
