Understood - a couple things.
1.) This always was a fan established site. It became semi official by default, since you never really established an official presence yourself. 2.)Most fan sites run a disclaimer on the opening/home page stating that they are a fan established site and in no way represent the opinions/attitudes/business/etc. of the celebrity profiled on the site. 3.)This site does not run a disclaimer. It should. Since it does not bear your name per se, that may provide a measure of detachment for professional purposes.4.) You have a squatter... http://www.davidbaerwald.com/hc3.asp ...
