But what is a poor girl to do? Here in Phoenix, there is No decent radio station. What I mean by that comment is, that there isn't a radio station that plays anything of true artistic merit on a regular basis. I could listen to Classic Rock stations that only play tired and true hits from past artists thru the ages, or I can listen to Top 40 pop, Top 40 country, top 40 hip hop/r&b or angry "so called alternative" white boy music? So I guess I'll stick with NPR, at least I get a somewhat of a un-biased review of information on current political/social events, and it's mixed with personal stories and hi-lites of current/past reviews, interviews on the Arts, and the people behind it. Does anybody listen to Terry (or Terri ?) Gross. I'll take her show over anybody's at the moment! I did check out that station you listed on the radio link, and sadly it's out of Globe, Arizona, so most of us can't recieve it, unless we have a good reciever. Plus, I listened today in the car and they only played comercial country hits!
Sorry I rambled on about the state of affairs I'm in, but then again you asked for it!
No more stories about Phoenix radio, I promise!!!
Cheers,
Kevin
