Why is it that if the liberals in this country (and on this board) disagree with something or someone from the opposing (conservative) side, they resort to name calling, cartoons and other tactics that, for the most part, seem more at home in junior high or high school.

I find it difficult give any credence to those who resort to these immature tactics. If you want someone to listen to your opposing views, take the time to present them in an articulate and professional manner.
