I haven't done all my homework on it because it's extremely difficult to cut through the political BS and get answers. My best guess is that big chunks of it get changed by the Senate, and parts that do get passed wind up being repealed by the next congress before they even go into effect.

It's always interesting to me to see my medical bills and insurance statements and marvel at the "discounts" on certain things. I had a test run a few weeks ago that had a sticker price of $85. The "discounted" rate was under $7. That, to me, is the part that needs to be fixed--if I didn't have insurance my cost of care was 10 times as much for that particular item, which strikes me as completely insane.
