That's what the newscasters are calling it here in Florida. The electronic voting booths were implemented, sort of. 100 poll watchers quit on Sunday, causing some precincts not to be able to open because of lack of personnel. Some precincts didn't get it together and had to use paper ballots. Some precincts didn't open till noon, couldn't figure out how to start the machines. Some closed at 7 even after the guv decreed that the polls were to stay open till 9 because of all the problems. There are lost ballots. One precinct is already having a recount because every single ballot tabulated as republican. And this is just for starters. We still don't know who won the democratic primary, the one Reno is running in. For me, the voting process was a breeze. Walked in, was instructed on how to use the machine, voted and left. But I work on a computer every day and was able to vote in the afternoon. As far as the machine goes, if you have really fat fingers, you might have a problem. I don't see how, if there are more than say 10 candidates running for the same thing, they will get them all on the same page. November promises to be most interesting...
