We were recently treated to the opinion of the Supreme Court that a corporation is a person.

What would happen if a person were responsible for this latest oil outrage?

Why don't we treat BP as a person here? Can we throw an entire corporation in jail & let it rot?

If not, can we really say that a corporation is a person?
