Well lets see - In the last couple of years my favorite tea has been a blend of green tea and Earl Grey called Lady Green from a local tea-specialist. Other wise I always have a selection of 6 different teas that I switch between. Other favorites is a mix of a Roi-bus strawberry and orange scented tea, and an afternoon tea which has a hint of pineapple.
As for coffee I always thought that coffee in the US was way to weak (No i havent tried it but thats the rumor ;-) ). These days I prefer an espresso with a splash of milk or cream.
