Not to convict Kobe or anything but I think this is not the 1st time it has happened and there is probably more to the story that what is so far let on by the press. Not being in his shoes I have no idea what is he is exposed to and what is thrown his way but Wilt the Stilt Chamberlain claimed to have slept with 20,0000 women. Kobe definitely got caught with his pants down here and he has admitted to that much at least (because of DNA)
