First, I hope the judge in this case slaps an immediate gag order on ALL participants. I think it is terrible how both sides are trying to pollute the potential jury pool.

Second, when watching a group of pundits on the news tonight it occurred to me that out of the five pundits not one of them referred to this woman as a victim. They all talked about her credibility and wondered aloud if she was a thrill seeking celebrity stalker.

Thirdly, not one of these people questioned the drive for sexual conquests of the professional male athlete in America. Not one discussed the idolization of the American athlete and our bizarre creation of hero status on a bunch of people who play GAMES for an occupation and how this has created a demigod type attitude on their behalf.

All of these people attacked this woman for reporting an alledged rape.

Lastly, now don't get me wrong, I believe in the concept of "innocent until proven guilty," and believe if she is shown to have fabricated this incident she deserves punishment, but until then she should be treated as a rape victim.
