Or..

Symbolic of the previous generation’s way of life that was both good (on far too many levels to EVER fully express) & bad. While us kids were relegated to the basement or our rooms or the Kid’s Table or outside playin’til the streetlights came on (oh…yeah) mom & pop were sowing the seeds of Work & PLAY to the tune of party this and hearty that, back when a bag of groceries cost…oh..about 20 cents a stick of butter. & the total yearly household tax rate was oh around 20%. & the premeditated deregulation of the Energy Industry had not yet nearly crippled the entire free-world economy for all people below the renowned - repulsive ranks of the Upper 1.2%. & before the news media became not just a reason to propagate ads (fear–uncertainty-doubt-& schmaltz) to the masses, but the most lyingest pundit rag in the Western World since the tabloid craze (which somehow perplexingly never went away!) Oh boy, did they work & PLAY. & it was mostly good ..& sometimes not so good. & Sometimes it was sitcom funny. For instance…

…said, “Daddy’s a Body Man ..and.. Mommy GOES to the liquor store!”
