I guess my English side shows up in these circumstances. I'm reminded of that Palestinian man shown on TV dancing in the street after 9/11 happened (and how bad that felt). I'm not sure that wild public celebrations are appropriate here. In a football analogy, act like we were supposed to score the touchdown.
