Re: The Beatles
They're not really Beatles songs, in my humble opinion... Besides that, 'While My Guitar...' suffers from lyrical weakness of a sort that rarely overcame Lennon or McCartney: Lines like '...I look at my floor and I see it needs sweeping...' are laughable at best... Hard to fault 'Something' for anything, but, again, it doesn't strike me as a Beatles tune.. The Beatles, perhaps unfortunately, were never really about George Harrison.
