.) Beau Geste(1939)-Why? Well it was the one movie my brothers and I could all agree on and watch together when we were but wee lads.
.) The Wizard of Oz(1939)- Man I can't keep my eyes off those amazing sets and back drop murals. Plus the music will never go out of style, in my book.
.) Lawrence of Arabia(1962)- The greatest epic ever filmed, though The Lord of The Rings Trilogy will be a very close second.
.) The Unbearable Lightness of Being(1988)-Nails my emotional mood on the head, every time I watch it. Plus, Daniel Day-Lewis, Juliette Binoche and Lena Olin are very easy on the eye.
.) A Place In The Sun(1951)-Dreisler's An American Tragedy, starring Monty Clift, Liz Taylor and Shelly Winters, directed beautifuly by George Stevens. A little camp, a little drama and lots of georgous closeups of Monty and Liz, what is this poor old queen to do? but- love it, love it, love it!
