I have a .25 Barreta semi-auto, A Ruger 44 magnum, and I'm contemplating buying a small .380 and a concealed carry license - Why? Because all the right wing nutjobs have guns. I grew up in a hunting family and have been trained by my dad to shoot long guns - pistols I had to go to the range on my own to learn. I have no problem with gun ownership, but assault weapons, high capacity clips, and armor piecing shells should not be publicly available. All of which the NRA has blocked.

I'm not advocating anything by the next statement, but we will not have effective gun control until republicans start getting shot. If you take issue with that, good. I've got a shitload of kill the abortionist statements to throw at you in rebuttal.
