Have you heard the live-version of Bruce Hornsby's The Way it Is, where he plays a 6 minute solo-piano-piece that slowly reveals itself as The Way It Is. That is just magical... (I think it is on a promo-CD from a montreux-festival).
Found it - Its from Bruce Hornsby and the Range at the Ritz NY 1987 - Intro to The Way It Is. Cant find it on the tube but it is the best version in my opinion.
