I lived in her hometown for a handful of years - even ate at her short lived vegetarian restaurant. Her hometown is also the hometown of Devo (or at least the Mothersbaugh portion of Devo), Rachel Sweet (who worked with recently previously mentioned The Records), and The Waitresses (who have quite possibly the coolest Christmas tune going). Doubt she comes back to visit anymore - which is a shame - cause Akron, OH is a pretty cool town.
