I would say an emphatic yes. I think it is being reported that he had 13 weapons - half at the campus and the rest at his home.

The statistics being shown are horrifying - one gun per person in the US and more than one mass shooting per day so far in 2015 (where mass shooting is 4 deaths or more). I was surprised to see that in Australia there is one gun for every 10 people, but I expect that would be due to higher rates in rural areas. We have a shotgun here on the farm, but if we lived in the city, there'd be no need.

Not sure what the answer is. Australia had it's own shooting yesterday - a radicalised 15 year old middle eastern boy shot a policeman in Parramatta (NSW).
