I fully agree with EEE when he posted:

"Things like this really make me feel sad with kids of today with music and how it used to be. I mean, instead of anticipating a new release of an album, rushing to a store to buy it and then holding that new music in one's hand while looking at the LP or unfolding the cassette insert or looking at the cd booklet, kids now days get a digital download. On top of this, in the days of LPs, there was the anticipation of getting back home to throw it on the turntable."

Peter T. : And I would add those many hours spent in used record stores in Boston, as I searched for hours, hoping to unearth that nugget of an album or single. Sweet memories. Then I'm reminded of my late, great mother's memories of her parents and 5 siblings gathering around the piano to have routine family sing-alongs. She undoubtedly thought my brother and I had missed out on something very special. I can't imagine what our children will lament the passing of to their kids. And so it goes...
