Greetings:

At approximately 4:15pm on August 14, 2003 --- the electricity went out in six major areas of the USA and CANADA --- including TORONTO, QUEBEC, OTTAWA, NYC, DETROIT, CLEVELAND, and BUFFALO, NY --- where I live.

The blackout has been blamed on the power utility NIAGARA MOHAWK --- which is located in the BUFFALO, NY area.

In watching the news media for several hours last night and today --- I made several pages of notes --- to show each of you how the news media is manipulated in ways so subtle most people never notice.

As I stated yesterday --- I believe that this was a DRILL run by FEMA to test the emergency response system --- and also to test the response of the public. Actually, as far as the public is concerned --- BLACKOUT 2003 was a case of subtle programming by our leaders and our media. It continues with some post-hypnotic triggers which were activiated immediately after the 9/11 attacks --- the major news media was utilized in carrying out this plan.

OPERATION LIGHTS OUT as the plan was known internally --- was everything I say it was --- and more.

Immediately after 9/11 --- BU$H Jr. made the following statement:

"Act normal --- go shopping." --- G W BU$H (09/16/01)

All morning today --- CNN, MSNBC, and FOX (666) NEWS showed video of people lined up at various stores, gas stations, etc. They were shown to be acting normal, just like they were told. Their compliance means that OPERATION LIGHTS OUT was a success. This was shown for almost two hours straight on the three networks mentioned above.

Incidentially, in the 1977 blackout in NYC --- $150 MILLION DOLLARS in damage was done by looters. In BLACKOUT 2003, there wasn't even a single case of looting reported to or by authorities. People cooperated --- we drove 150 miles home without a single incident or even CLOSE CALL along the way!

When we were in TORONTO I told Paula and her best friend that BU$H would make an announcement at 10pm --- which he did. He also mentioned that we should all feel safe because FEMA was on the job.

It is very likely that OPERATION LIGHTS OUT was a FEMA- based CIVIL-DEFENSE DRILL.

At 1:00pm today --- it was announced that the DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY would assist in solving our ENERGY PROBLEMS.

I FEEL SAFER ALREADY! DON'T YOU?????

Immediately after this announcement --- they started showing wall to wall sound bytes from people that were relieved that OPERATION LIGHTS OUT wasn't a TERRORIST ATTACK. Perhaps not an outright attack --- but it does appear to have been a FEMA CIVIL-DEFENSE DRILL.

Finally at 2:35pm today on FOX (666) NEWS --- Representative BILLY TAUZIN (R-LA) stated that a Congressional Sub- committee had been already empaneled, and it was going to "get to the bottom of the nation's energy problems."

By contrast --- it is nearly two years later --- and still no meaningful investigation has occurred of the 9/11 COUP D'ETAT. BU$H and his daddy's cronies have blocked every attempt at meaningful investigation into the SAUDI / MOSSAD / NEW WORLD ORDER 9/11 ATTACKS.

Also --- IDAHO Senator LARRY CRAIG (R-ID) --- stated that as far as he was concerned --- the two reasons for the blackout was "too many people with air-conditioning" and the NIMBY problems with getting power plants built and put online.

NIMBY = NOT IN MY BACK YARD!

My Aunt works for a local power company, and she has told me that there are safeguards and redundancies, and firewalls, and ways of containing this from happening.

However, if OPERATION LIGHTS OUT was a CIVIL DEFENSE DRILL --- then all of this makes sense. If it was just a blackout --- the reasons stated DO NOT MAKE SENSE AT ALL.

Since the MIND CONTROL experiments in the German POW CAMPS of WWII --- all the way through to MK-ULTRA and its' 149 SUB-PROJECTS --- the USA government has been looking for ways to FUCK WITH OUR MINDS. 9/11 was a perfact example --- and this appears also to be the case with OPERATION LIGHTS OUT.
