Icon Why this is not like the Benghazi deal...

There is a big difference. On the Benghazi thing they really had no solid legal path to get at her and I think they knew that but it was used as a way to make her look bad. She made decisions that cost people their lives but in the job that is going to happen.

In this email thing she intentionally broke some very basic laws and really the only question is why. They have her on this. It is clear cut. And like Nixon getting caught through a stupid bungled burglary she is getting caught doing something just as mundane and ignorant.

Her excuse is outrageous and ridiculous..."I wanted to use my Blackberry."

Really?

The time being taken investigating this and the reason they granted Bryan Pagliano immunity is all about getting to the why. She is on the hook here and I think this is why she seems to be growing more and more short tempered.

I don't know what will happen because there will be many roadblocks thrown up to prosecuting her but just by going through the process of setting up the server, the private email, moving the server, and wiping the server...well...it seems blatantly obvious she broke the law.
